Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the Sinar Raya Bersama Vestech Campaign (“Campaign”) organized by Vestech Energy Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202201018532), a subsidiary of Solarvest Holdings Berhad (“Vestech”).

By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs and any decisions made by Vestech in relation thereto.

1. Eligibility
1.1. This campaign is open to Malaysian residents aged 18 and above at the time of participation.
1.2. To qualify, participants must play the Sinar Raya Bersama Vestech Game and submit their complete and accurate details through the campaign form during the Campaign Period.
1.3. Employees of Vestech, Solarvest Holdings Berhad, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members (such as spouse, parents, children and siblings) are not eligible to participate.
1.4. Vestech reserves the right to request proof of eligibility (e.g., NRIC or proof of purchase). Any participation failing to meet the eligibility criteria may be disqualified at Vestech’s sole discretion

2. Campaign Period
2.1. The campaign runs from 13 March 2026 to 12 April 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
2.2. Game participation or submissions received after the Campaign Period will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
2.3. Vestech’s records of transaction timestamps shall be deemed final and conclusive.

3. How to Participate
3.1. To participate, an eligible participant must:
3.1.1. access and play the Sinar Raya Bersama Vestech Game during the Campaign Period; and
3.1.2. provide complete and accurate personal details as required by the campaign registration form.
3.2. Eligible participants may receive a campaign voucher subject to the campaign mechanics and availability as determined by Vestech.
3.3. Each participant is entitled to only one (1) voucher under this Campaign.
3.4. Any incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or duplicated entries may be rejected at Vestech’s sole discretion.
3.5. Each participant is only entitled to one (1) voucher redemption under this Campaign. Vestech reserves the right to disqualify or reject multiple submissions made using different identities, contact details, or devices that are reasonably suspected to originate from the same individual.

4. Prize(s)
4.1. Prizes available under this Campaign includes:
4.1.1. RM2,000 Vestech Rebate Voucher; and
4.1.2. RM3,000 Vestech Rebate Voucher.
4.2. All Prizes are awarded on an “as-is” basis and are subject to availability.
4.3. The Prize(s) are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, or other items.
4.4. All images or depictions of the Prize are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual item.
4.5. Any Rebate Prize won shall be reflected in the final invoice issued by Vestech.
4.6. Vestech’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign (including eligibility, selection, and disqualification) shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

5. Deposit & System Installation
5.1. To secure the Prize obtained under this Campaign, the participant must place a RM1,000 deposit with Vestech for the purchase of a solar photovoltaic (PV) system on or before the end of the Campaign Period.
5.2. The Prize shall only be valid upon successful payment of the RM1,000 deposit to secure the solar PV system purchase with Vestech within the Campaign Period.
5.3. Any additional costs associated with installation, transportation, or solar PV system customization (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer, i.e., the participant.
5.4. Unless otherwise stated, this Campaign cannot be combined with other promotions, rebates, discounts, or offers offered by Vestech.
5.5. The RM1,000 deposit shall be subject to Vestech’s standard sales terms and conditions and may be forfeited if the participant cancels the solar PV system purchase after confirmation.

6. Prize Redemption
6.1. Winners must redeem their Prize by 31 March 2027 unless otherwise stated by Vestech.
6.2. Failure to redeem within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the Prize without compensation.
6.3. Vestech reserves the right to request verification documents (e.g., NRIC, purchase proof) prior to Prize redemption.

7. Marketing, Publicity & On-Site Content
7.1. By participating in this Campaign, participants consent to and authorizes Vestech and Solarvest Holdings Bhd., to:
7.1.1. Use the participant’s name, likeness, and general details for announcements, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes; and
7.1.2. Capture and utilize photographs, audio and/or video recordings taken during installation or related events for promotional use across any media platform.
7.2. No additional payment, royalty, or compensation shall be provided for such usage.
7.3. Participants may withdraw consent for future publicity by written notice to Vestech; however, such withdrawal shall not affect any prior publication.

8. Personal Data Protection
8.1. Personal data collected under this Campaign will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and Vestech’s Privacy Policy.
8.2. The data will be used solely for purposes relating to campaign administration, verification, marketing, and communication with participants.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All trademarks, logos, and materials of any nature whatsoever associated with this Campaign shall at all times belong exclusively and remain the property of Vestech.
9.2. The participant shall not use, reproduce or disclose to any party any intellectual property belonging to Vestech, including those developed, obtained, created, written, prepared or discovered by the participant through the performance of the Campaign, without the prior written approval of Vestech.
9.3. Nothing under this Term and Conditions shall be construed as granting any license or right to use such intellectual property without Vestech’s written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vestech and Solarvest Holdings Berhad shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the Campaign, Prize redemption, or use of the Prize.
10.2. Vestech shall not be responsible for technical errors, communication failures, or unauthorized access affecting the Campaign’s integrity.
10.3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by Vestech’s proven fraudulent and wilful misconduct.
10.4. Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or undermine the operation of the Campaign or the game system, including the use of automated scripts, bots, or other unauthorized methods to gain an unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited. Vestech reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of such activities.
10.5. Vestech shall not be responsible for any interruption, delay, or failure of the Campaign or the game system due to technical issues, server downtime, system maintenance, network disruptions, or other circumstances beyond Vestech’s reasonable control.

11. General
11.1. Vestech reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and liability.
11.2. Any such amendments will take effect upon publication on Vestech’s official website or communication channels.
11.3. Participants are encouraged to periodically review the Terms and Conditions for updates.
