Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the HOMEDEC KL April 2026 Exclusive Campaign (“Campaign”) organized by Vestech Energy Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202201018532), a subsidiary of Solarvest Holdings Berhad (“Vestech”).

By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs and any decisions made by Vestech in relation thereto.

1. Eligibility

1.1. This Campaign is open to Malaysian residents aged eighteen (18) years and above at the time of participation.

1.2. To qualify, a minimum deposit of Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand (RM1,000) must be placed with Vestech for the purchase of a residential solar photovoltaic (“PV”) system for each participating property within the Campaign Period.

1.3. Each participating property must correspond to one (1) residential solar PV system purchase under Vestech.

1.4. Employees of Vestech, Solarvest Holdings Berhad, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members (including spouses, parents, children, and siblings) are not eligible to participate.

1.5. Vestech reserves the right to request proof of eligibility (including but not limited to NRIC and proof of purchase). Any participation that does not meet the eligibility requirements may be disqualified at Vestech’s sole discretion.

2. Campaign Period

2.1. The Campaign shall run from 30 April 2026 to 10 May 2026 (inclusive) (“Campaign Period”).

2.2. Only deposits successfully received and recorded by Vestech within the Campaign Period shall be eligible for participation in this Campaign. Any deposits made before or after the Campaign Period shall not be eligible.

2.3. Vestech’s records of transaction timestamps shall be final, conclusive, and binding.

3. General Participation Requirements

3.1. This Campaign is valid only for purchases made at HOMEDEC KL Apr 2026 held at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).

3.2. Each qualifying RM1,000 deposit placed for a participating property shall constitute one (1) eligible participation under this Campaign.

3.3. The Campaign consists of the following components:
    (a) RM288,000 Total Rewards Programme; and
    (b) Bundle Deal Savings

3.4. Participants are eligible to participate in either the RM288,000 Total Rewards Programme or the Bundle Deal Savings, but not both.

3.5. Once a participant elects to participate in either component of the Campaign, such selection shall be final and cannot be changed or combined with the other component.

3.6. Unless otherwise expressly stated, this Campaign shall not be combined with any other promotions, rebates, discounts, or offers offered by Vestech.

3.7. Eligibility for all components of this Campaign is strictly contingent upon deposits made within the Campaign Period.

4. RM288,000 Total Rewards Programme

4.1. Each qualifying RM1,000 deposit placed for a participating property entitles the participant to one (1) spin of the rewards activity.

4.2. Each spin is guaranteed to receive one (1) prize.

4.3. The total value of all rewards available under this programme is up to Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand (RM288,000) in aggregate across all participants.

4.4. For the avoidance of doubt, the RM288,000 refers to the total value of all rewards offered under this programme and does not represent the value of rewards to be received by any individual participant.

4.5. Prizes available include, but are not limited to:
    (a) RM2,000 Rebate
    (b) RM3,000 Rebate
    (c) One (1) complimentary solar panel cleaning service worth RM1,500 (valid for five (5) years)
    (d) One (1) 6kWh FoxESS Battery
    (e) One (1) 2 Days 1 Night stay at Richmann Hotel

4.6. All prizes are awarded on an “as-is” basis and are subject to availability.

4.7. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or credit.

4.8. Any rebate awarded as a prize shall be reflected in the final invoice issued by Vestech.

4.9. Specific prize conditions:
    (a) The solar panel cleaning service is redeemable once and valid for five (5) years from the date of system commissioning, subject to Vestech’s scheduling and service terms;
    (b) Battery installation is subject to technical feasibility and must be installed together with the solar PV system under the same contract;
    (c) Hotel stay is subject to availability, blackout dates, and the terms of the respective provider.

4.10. Vestech reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of similar value without prior notice.

4.11. Participation in this programme shall render the participant ineligible for the Bundle Deal Savings under this Campaign.

4.12. Vestech’s decision on all matters relating to the rewards programme, including eligibility, prize allocation, and disqualification, shall be final and binding.

5. Bundle Deal Savings

5.1. Participants may qualify for bundle savings by grouping multiple participating properties under a single bundle.

5.2. The bundle may consist of different properties and does not require the properties to be located within the same neighbourhood.

5.3. All participating properties must be located within Peninsular Malaysia (excluding East Coast states).

5.4. The applicable savings are as follows:
    (a) Two (2) participating properties: RM3,500 rebate on each property;
    (b) Three (3) or more participating properties: RM5,000 rebate on each property.

5.5. All participating properties within a bundle must:
    (a) Have a qualifying RM1,000 deposit placed with Vestech within the Campaign Period; and
    (b) Be confirmed under the same bundle grouping within the Campaign Period.

5.6. Bundle grouping must be finalised within the Campaign Period and shall not be amended thereafter.

5.7. The rebate shall be reflected in the final invoice issued by Vestech for each qualifying property.

5.8. All rebates are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

5.9. Participation in the Bundle Deal Savings shall render the participant ineligible for the RM288,000 Total Rewards Programme under this Campaign.

6. Deposit & System Installation

6.1. The RM1,000 deposit is non-refundable, except where Vestech determines that installation is not feasible due to technical, structural, regulatory, or compliance reasons.

6.2. All residential solar PV systems under this Campaign must be installed and completed by 31 March 2027, unless otherwise determined by Vestech.

6.3. Any additional costs associated with installation, system upgrades, transportation, or customisation shall be borne by the customer.

6.4. All rebates and rewards under this Campaign shall only be valid upon full execution of the solar PV system purchase with Vestech.

7. Redemption & Forfeiture

7.1. All rewards and applicable benefits must be redeemed by 31 March 2027, unless otherwise specified by Vestech.

7.2. Failure to redeem within the stipulated period shall result in forfeiture without compensation.

7.3. Vestech reserves the right to request verification documents prior to redemption.

8. Marketing, Publicity & Content Usage

8.1. By participating in this Campaign, participants consent to and authorize Vestech and Solarvest Holdings Berhad to:
    (a) Use the participant’s name, likeness, and general details for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes; and
    (b) Capture and utilise photographs, audio, and/or video recordings for promotional use across any media platform.

8.2. No additional payment, royalty, or compensation shall be provided for such usage.

9. Personal Data Protection

9.1. Personal data collected under this Campaign shall be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and Vestech’s Privacy Policy.

9.2. Such data shall be used solely for purposes relating to campaign administration, verification, marketing, and communication with participants.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vestech and Solarvest Holdings Berhad shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the Campaign, redemption of rewards, or use of any prize.

10.2. Vestech shall not be responsible for any technical errors, communication failures, or unauthorised access affecting the integrity of the Campaign.

10.3. Nothing in these T&Cs shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence or wilful misconduct of Vestech.

11. General

11.1. Vestech reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, or terminate this Campaign or these T&Cs at any time without prior notice or liability.

11.2. Any such amendments shall take effect upon publication via Vestech’s official website or communication channels.

11.3. Vestech’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final, conclusive, and binding, and no correspondence or appeals shall be entertained.

Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the Sinar Raya Bersama Vestech Campaign (“Campaign”) organized by Vestech Energy Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202201018532), a subsidiary of Solarvest Holdings Berhad (“Vestech”).

By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs and any decisions made by Vestech in relation thereto.

1. Eligibility
1.1. This campaign is open to Malaysian residents aged 18 and above at the time of participation.
1.2. To qualify, participants must play the Sinar Raya Bersama Vestech Tap & Win Game at https://sinarraya2026.vestechenergy.com/ and submit their complete and accurate details through the campaign form during the Campaign Period.
1.3. Employees of Vestech, Solarvest Holdings Berhad, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members (such as spouse, parents, children and siblings) are not eligible to participate.
1.4. Vestech reserves the right to request proof of eligibility (e.g., NRIC or proof of purchase). Any participation failing to meet the eligibility criteria may be disqualified at Vestech’s sole discretion

2. Campaign Period
2.1. The campaign runs from 13 March 2026 to 12 April 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
2.2. Game participation or submissions received after the Campaign Period will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
2.3. Vestech’s records of transaction timestamps shall be deemed final and conclusive.

3. How to Participate
3.1. To participate, an eligible participant must:
3.1.1. access and play the Sinar Raya Bersama Vestech Game during the Campaign Period; and
3.1.2. provide complete and accurate personal details as required by the campaign registration form.
3.2. Eligible participants may receive a campaign voucher subject to the campaign mechanics and availability as determined by Vestech.
3.3. Each participant is entitled to only one (1) voucher under this Campaign.
3.4. Any incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or duplicated entries may be rejected at Vestech’s sole discretion.
3.5. Each participant is only entitled to one (1) voucher redemption under this Campaign. Vestech reserves the right to disqualify or reject multiple submissions made using different identities, contact details, or devices that are reasonably suspected to originate from the same individual.

4. Prize(s)
4.1. Prizes available under this Campaign includes:
4.1.1. RM2,000 Vestech Rebate Voucher; and
4.1.2. RM3,000 Vestech Rebate Voucher.
4.2. All Prizes are awarded on an “as-is” basis and are subject to availability.
4.3. The Prize(s) are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, or other items.
4.4. All images or depictions of the Prize are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual item.
4.5. Any Rebate Prize won shall be reflected in the final invoice issued by Vestech.
4.6. Vestech’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign (including eligibility, selection, and disqualification) shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

5. Deposit & System Installation
5.1. To secure the Prize obtained under this Campaign, the participant must place a RM1,000 deposit with Vestech for the purchase of a solar photovoltaic (PV) system on or before the end of the Campaign Period.
5.2. The Prize shall only be valid upon successful payment of the RM1,000 deposit to secure the solar PV system purchase with Vestech within the Campaign Period.
5.3. Any additional costs associated with installation, transportation, or solar PV system customization (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer, i.e., the participant.
5.4. Unless otherwise stated, this Campaign cannot be combined with other promotions, rebates, discounts, or offers offered by Vestech.
5.5. The RM1,000 deposit shall be subject to Vestech’s standard sales terms and conditions and may be forfeited if the participant cancels the solar PV system purchase after confirmation.

6. Prize Redemption
6.1. Winners must redeem their Prize by 31 March 2027 unless otherwise stated by Vestech.
6.2. Failure to redeem within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the Prize without compensation.
6.3. Vestech reserves the right to request verification documents (e.g., NRIC, purchase proof) prior to Prize redemption.

7. Marketing, Publicity & On-Site Content
7.1. By participating in this Campaign, participants consent to and authorizes Vestech and Solarvest Holdings Bhd., to:
7.1.1. Use the participant’s name, likeness, and general details for announcements, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes; and
7.1.2. Capture and utilize photographs, audio and/or video recordings taken during installation or related events for promotional use across any media platform.
7.2. No additional payment, royalty, or compensation shall be provided for such usage.
7.3. Participants may withdraw consent for future publicity by written notice to Vestech; however, such withdrawal shall not affect any prior publication.

8. Personal Data Protection
8.1. Personal data collected under this Campaign will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and Vestech’s Privacy Policy.
8.2. The data will be used solely for purposes relating to campaign administration, verification, marketing, and communication with participants.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All trademarks, logos, and materials of any nature whatsoever associated with this Campaign shall at all times belong exclusively and remain the property of Vestech.
9.2. The participant shall not use, reproduce or disclose to any party any intellectual property belonging to Vestech, including those developed, obtained, created, written, prepared or discovered by the participant through the performance of the Campaign, without the prior written approval of Vestech.
9.3. Nothing under this Term and Conditions shall be construed as granting any license or right to use such intellectual property without Vestech’s written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vestech and Solarvest Holdings Berhad shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the Campaign, Prize redemption, or use of the Prize.
10.2. Vestech shall not be responsible for technical errors, communication failures, or unauthorized access affecting the Campaign’s integrity.
10.3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by Vestech’s proven fraudulent and wilful misconduct.
10.4. Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or undermine the operation of the Campaign or the game system, including the use of automated scripts, bots, or other unauthorized methods to gain an unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited. Vestech reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of such activities.
10.5. Vestech shall not be responsible for any interruption, delay, or failure of the Campaign or the game system due to technical issues, server downtime, system maintenance, network disruptions, or other circumstances beyond Vestech’s reasonable control.

11. General
11.1. Vestech reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and liability.
11.2. Any such amendments will take effect upon publication on Vestech’s official website or communication channels.
11.3. Participants are encouraged to periodically review the Terms and Conditions for updates.

By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs and any decisions made by Vestech in relation thereto.

  1. Eligibility
    1.1. This campaign is open to Malaysian residents aged 18 and above at the time of participation.
    1.2. To qualify, participants must place a RM388 deposit for the purchase of a Vestech solar photovoltaic (“PV”) system during the Campaign Period.

    1.4. Vestech reserves the right to request proof of eligibility (e.g., NRIC or proof of purchase). Any participation failing to meet the eligibility criteria may be disqualified at Vestech’s sole discretion.
  2. Campaign Period
    2.1. The campaign runs from 28 January 2026 to 10 February 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
    2.2. Deposits received after the Campaign Period will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
    2.3. Vestech’s records of transaction timestamps shall be deemed final and conclusive.
  3. How to Participate
    3.1. To participate, an eligible participant must:
    3.1.1. successfully place a RM388 deposit with Vestech for a solar PV system purchase during the Campaign Period; and
    3.1.2. provide complete and accurate personal details as required by the campaign registration form.
    3.2. Each qualifying deposit is entitled to one (1) spin of the Gachapon Machine at the Vestech Solar Fortune Truck.
    3.3. The Prize(s) will be revealed immediately as soon as the participant completes the spin.
    3.4. Each participant is entitled to only one (1) prize per qualifying deposit.
    3.5. Any incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or duplicated entries may be rejected at Vestech’s sole discretion.
  4. Prize(s)
    4.1. Prizes available under this Campaign includes:
    4.1.1. RM8,888 Rebate;

    4.2. All Prizes are awarded on an “as-is” basis and are subject to availability.
    4.3. The Prize(s) are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, or other items.
    4.4. All images or depictions of the Prize are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual item.
    4.5. Any rebate prize won shall be reflected in the final invoice issued by Vestech.
    4.6. If a Free EV Charger is won, the EV charger must be installed together with the solar PV system installation under the same contract and it remains subjected to technical feasibility and site suitability. The EV Charger is transferable subject to prior written consent from Vestech. Any transfer without written approval will be deemed void and invalid.
    4.7. The Free One (1) Time Solar Panel Cleaning prize is redeemable only once and is valid for a five (5) year period from the date of solar PV system commissioning, and is subject always to Vestech’s standard service scheduling and terms.
    4.8. Vestech’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign (including eligibility, selection, and disqualification) shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
  5. Deposit & System Installation
    5.1. The RM388 deposit is non-refundable, except where Vestech determines the participant is ineligible for solar PV system installation due to technical or compliance factors.
    5.2. The Prize shall become valid only upon full completion of the solar PV system purchase with Vestech.
    5.3. The Prize must be redeemed and installed together with the purchased solar PV system.
    5.4. Any additional costs associated with installation, transportation, or solar PV system customization (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer, i.e., the participant.
    5.5. Unless otherwise stated, this Campaign cannot be combined with other promotions, rebates, discounts, or offers offered by Vestech.

Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the VESTECH – CNY 2026 Refer More Huat More Campaign (“Campaign”) organized by Vestech Energy Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202201018532), a subsidiary of Solarvest Holdings Berhad (“Vestech”).

By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs and any decisions made by Vestech in relation thereto.

  1. Eligibility
    1. This campaign is open to Malaysian residents aged 18 and above at the time of participation.
    2. To qualify as a referrer (“Referrer”), participants must successfully refer a friend or family member (“Referee”) to purchase a Vestech solar photovoltaic (“PV”) system during the Campaign Period.
    3. The Referee must place a minimum non-refundable deposit of RM1,000 plus 6% SST and proceed to full payment and installation of Vestech solar PV system.
    4. Employees of Vestech, Solarvest Holdings Berhad, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members (such as spouse, parents, children and siblings) are not eligible to participate.
    5. Vestech reserves the right to request proof of eligibility and referral validation (e.g., NRIC or proof of purchase). Any participation failing to meet the eligibility criteria may be disqualified at Vestech’s sole discretion.
  1. Campaign Period
    1. The campaign runs from 19 January 2026 to 3 March 2026 (“Campaign Period”). 
    2. Referrals made or completed outside the Campaign Period shall not be eligible for rewards.
    3. Vestech’s records of referral submission, payment and installation timestamps shall be deemed final and conclusive.
  1. How to Participate
    1. To participate, an eligible referrer must:
      1. Refer a friend or family member to install a Vestech solar PV system during the Campaign Period (“Referee”); and
      2. Ensure that the Referee completed full payment and installation of the solar PV system.

(hereinafter referred to as “Referrer”)

  1. A referral shall only be deemed successful upon the Referee making full payment and the  solar PV system is completely installed.
  2. The same Referee may be counted only once and must be a new Vestech customer.
  3. Referrals must be submitted and recorded through Vestech’s official referral channels.
  4. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
  5. Any incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or duplicated referrals may be rejected at Vestech’s sole discretion.
  1. Reward(s)
    1. An eligible Referrer(s) will receive Angpow rewards in the form of Touch ‘n Go Reload Pins, based on the total number of successful referrals achieved during the Campaign Period, as follows:

  1. Rewards are cumulative and based on the total number of successful referrals achieved by the Referrer.
  2. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other form of value.
  1. Reward Fulfilment
    1. Touch ’n Go Reload PIN codes will be issued within thirty (30) working days upon the Referee making full and complete payment and the solar PV system has been installed.
    2. Reward codes will be delivered through the contact details provided by the Referrer.
    3. Vestech shall not be responsible for any loss, misuse, or expiry of reward codes once successfully issued.
  1. Marketing, Publicity & On-Site Content
    1. By participating in this Campaign, participants consent to and authorizes Vestech and Solarvest Holdings Bhd., to:
      1. Use the participant’s name, likeness, and general details for announcements, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes; and

The participant shall not use, reproduce or disclose to any party any intellectual property belonging to Vestech, including those developed, obtained, created, written, prepared or discovered by the participant through the performance of the Campaign, without the prior written approval of Vestech.

    3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by Vestech’s proven fraudulent and wilful misconduct.

Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the VESTECH – Homedec KL Nov 2025 Lucky Draw Campaign (“Campaign”) organized by Vestech Energy Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. [202201018532]), a subsidiary of Solarvest Holdings Berhad (“Vestech”).

By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs and any decisions made by Vestech in relation thereto.

1. Eligibility
1.1. This campaign is open to Malaysian residents aged 18 and above at the time of participation.
1.2. To qualify, participants must place a RM1,000 deposit for the purchase of a Vestech solar system during the Campaign Period.
1.3. Employees of Vestech, Solarvest Holdings Berhad, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members (such as spouse, parents, children and siblings) are not eligible to participate.
1.4. Vestech reserves the right to request proof of eligibility (e.g., NRIC or proof of purchase). Entries failing to meet eligibility criteria will be disqualified.

2. Campaign Period
2.1. The campaign runs from 6 November 2025 to 9 November 2025 (“Campaign Period”).
2.2. Deposits or entries received after the Campaign Period will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
2.3. Vestech’s records of entry timestamps shall be deemed final and conclusive.

3. How to Participate
3.1. To participate, an eligible participant must:
3.1.1. successfully place a RM1,000 deposit with Vestech for a solar system purchase; and
3.1.2. provide complete and accurate personal details as required by the campaign registration form.
3.2. Each qualifying purchase is entitled to one (1) entry.
3.3. Any incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or duplicated entries may be rejected at Vestech’s sole discretion.
3.4. Proof of deposit submission alone does not constitute proof of eligibility.

4. Prize(s)
4.1. Two (2) winners will receive a Growatt Solar Inverter & Battery package (“Prize”).
4.2. Prize models, specifications or quantities may vary subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equivalent or greater value at Vestech’s discretion.
4.3. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, or other items.
4.4. All images or depictions of the Prize are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual item.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement
5.1. Winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries under a method deemed fair and transparent by Vestech.
5.2. The draw will be conducted after the Campaign Period and may be witnessed by a representative of Vestech.
5.3. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided within five (5) days after the end of the Campaign Period.
5.4. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) working days, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected.
5.5. Vestech’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign (including eligibility, selection, and disqualification) shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

6. Deposit & System Installation
6.1. The RM1,000 deposit is exclusive of Sales and Service Tax (SST). A 6% SST will be applied to the deposit amount, bringing the total payable deposit to RM1,060.
6.2. The deposit is non-refundable, except where Vestech determines the participant is ineligible for system installation due to technical or compliance factors.
6.3. The Prize is valid only upon full completion of solar system purchase with Vestech.
6.4. The Prize must be redeemed and installed together with the purchased solar system.
6.5. Any additional costs associated with installation, transportation, or system customization (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer.

7. Prize Redemption
7.1. Winners must redeem their Prize by 31 March 2026 unless otherwise stated by Vestech.
7.2. Failure to redeem within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the Prize without compensation.
7.3. Vestech reserves the right to request verification documents (e.g., NRIC, purchase proof) prior to Prize redemption.

8. Marketing, Publicity & On-Site Content
8.1. By participating in this Campaign, participants consents and authorize Vestech and Solarvest Holdings Bhd., to:
8.1.1. Use the participant’s name, likeness, and general details for announcements, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes; and
8.1.2. Capture and utilize photographs, audio and/or video recordings taken during installation or related events for promotional use across any media platform.
8.2. No additional payment, royalty, or compensation shall be provided for such usage.
8.3. Participants may withdraw consent for future publicity by written notice to Vestech; however, such withdrawal shall not affect any prior publication.

9. Personal Data Protection
9.1. Personal data collected under this Campaign will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and Vestech’s Privacy Policy.
9.2. The data will be used solely for purposes relating to campaign administration, verification, marketing, and communication with participants.

10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All trademarks, logos, and materials of any nature whatsoever associated with this Campaign shall at all times belong exclusively and remain the property of Vestech.
