Refund Policy

In the event that a refund is necessary for residential Solar panels, if the return is requested before to NEM application, the customer will receive a refund of any deposits paid, less any relevant credit card fees. Upon request, the money will be returned to your specified bank account within 7 to 10 business days.

If a refund is requested after a NEM application, the reimbursement will be net of application fees and credit card fees.

Delivery Method

Our installation team will install all systems within the time frame agreed upon when the case was closed.

You commit not to use the website:

I in a way that violates any law or rule, or to help another person break a law or regulation;

(ii) encroaching on another person's privacy;

(iii) in connection with any use of the Site, to violate, plagiarize, or infringe on the intellectual property or contractual rights of any person;

(iv) to send content that is illegal, dishonest, offensive, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, abusive, threatening, discriminating, or otherwise objectionable; or to promote behavior that could result in civil liability in any way.

You acknowledge that you won't:

use any electronic mail message, device, software, or programming routine that may impair, interfere, or impose an unreasonable burden on the Site, or allow Verdant Solar to intercept or expropriate any systems, data, or information of this web Site; violate, or assist in violating, the security of the Site, whether intentionally, negligently, or otherwise; impersonate Vestech Energy  personnel or other people or entities;

You pledge to give honest, correct, and comprehensive information about yourself, to update it as needed, and to keep your password, passphrase, and account designation private. You acknowledge that any actions taken using your password, passphrase, or account are strictly your responsibility. You undertake to immediately notify Vestech Energy of any unauthorized use of your password, passphrase, account, or any other security violation. You consent to allow Vestech Energy team members to access your account and records as deemed reasonably necessary for the investigation of complaints and upkeep of the Site.
User data; 

You should read our most recent privacy statement, which is referenced in this agreement. We reserve the right to provide non-personally identifiable information about you to third parties and to government authorities as required by law.

Indemnification

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Site will not subject Vestech Energy, its officers, subsidiaries, or employees to any claims, demands, or damages from third parties, including reasonable legal expenses.

Modifications to the User Agreement

By publishing the modified User Agreement on this Site, Vestech Energy reserves the right to make changes to this User Agreement at any time. The date listed in the announcement will mark the start of the new User Agreement. You will be deemed to have accepted the modified User Agreement if you continue to use the Site after such notice of amendments goes effective.

Entire Agreement

The entire agreement between you and us regarding your rights and obligations as a Site user is included in this User Agreement and all references. If any part of this User Agreement is declared to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will still be enforceable. Vestech Energy's failure to enforce any part of this User Agreement at any time does not show that it is giving up any right or part of the agreement.
